Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，英語教師を目指す学生や新人の英語教員を対象とし，社会文化理論に基づいてデザインされた教職課程および教職大学院での教師教育の実践が，英語教師の持つ「実践的思考様式」を発達させ，自らの授業実践を変容させる過程を明らかにする。特に，「実践的思考様式を育てる言語教師教育(Praxis-oriented language teacher education) 」(Johnson, et al., 2023)に注目し，その知見をもとに，改訂版「授業実践概念(pedagogical concepts)」を開発し，概念による媒介によって，学生や新人教師の思考様式が発達する過程を検証する。
