Outline of Research at the Start	グローバル化の進展とともに、かつては法哲学分野において中心的課題とされた法体系の概念をめぐる研究はその位置を喪失した。しかし、現在展開されているグローバルな法状況の説明／グローバルな法秩序の構想をめぐる論争を一瞥すれば、法体系の概念には依然として一定の有用性が見出されうる。本研究は、法のグローバル化という現代的な状況における法体系の概念の適切な意義と限界について、法哲学の観点から解明を試みるものである。
