Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、教育データの利活用において、個人情報保護法上必要であるその利用目的の特定がどこまでできるか、誰がその目的を特定するのかを明らかにする。そして、教育データを取り扱う学校等が、利用目的をできるだけ特定した上で、児童生徒、保護者、学校、教育委員会がコミュニケーションを取りながら、教育データの利活用の透明性を保つためどのような法制度が必要なのか、国際的なハーモナイゼーションを図る観点も踏まえて明らかにする。その際、法的な視点からだけではなく、教育データの利活用に関して、教育実践現場に対するインタビュー調査等の定量的・定性的分析から得られる視点も入れて検討を行う。
