Outline of Research at the Start	雇用や失業の変動は，マクロ経済学の研究における中心的な研究課題の一つである。本研究は，これまでの雇用変動の分析に加えて，求人の振る舞いについても分析可能なマクロ動学モデルを構築し，労働市場の政策や制度の変更が経済変数へ与える影響を理論的な分析によって明らかにする。本研究の成果により，労働市場における政策や制度の変更の影響を議論するためのヒントが得られると考える。
