Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の概要は、以下の通りである。
①日本の農林水産物・食品の需要を日本食レストランのサプライチェーンから解明する。このことにより、農林水産物・食品のうち、どのような品目を、どこから（原産地）、どの程度（金額・数量）、どのように（流通）輸出していくのが効果的か明らかにできる。
②需要が大きい日本食レストランを調査対象とすることにより、日本政府および農林水産省が策定した輸出目標と輸出拡大戦略が現地のニーズに適合しているかが示唆される。
③日本の農林水産物・食品の輸出拡大戦略を総合的に考察することにより、当該産業がさらに発展するための手がかりが得られる。
