Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は，申請者が実施してきた，企業活動の「リスク」に関連する研究を展開するものである。本研究では，「リスク」に関係するIFRSsを対象として，特に，ソレイユ型とリュンヌ型という2つの会計処理方法を巡って，それらの本質，危険およびリスクとの関係，並存する理由についての解明を目指す。さらに，本研究では，これらの結果と，申請者が既に解明しているUS GAAPに関する知見との比較分析によって，危険とリスクに関する会計基準の包括的な理論モデルの導出を目指す。
