Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではストレスの高い社会福祉領域のメンタルヘルス促進のためにストレスによるバーンアウトを予防するセルフケアプログラムの開発を行う。現状の課題分析、プログラム策定・実施・評価を行う。また、活用できるようマニュアル、実施ガイドラインを作成し、ワークショップを開催し普及する。
