Outline of Research at the Start

学校教育活動全体を通じた食育の推進が求められているが，食育の実践には教科間で差がみられる。そこで，本研究は「骨と健康」をテーマとした数値に基づく教科横断的な食育授業を開発，実践，評価することで，①骨量測定を取り入れた数値に基づく授業展開が生徒の食習慣・生活習慣への意識や行動の変化に関わるか，②数学を含む教科横断的な食育実践が各教科の理解を促しながら食育の目標を達成することに役立つかを明らかにすることを目的とする。①では骨量測定を取り入れ，健康指標の可視化を図る。②では保健で課題を見出し，数学で分析し，家庭科で解決するための実践方法を考える学習展開とすることで，課題解決する力の育成を目指す。
