| Outline of Research at the Start |
本課題では、低出生体重児における身体活動が有する保護効果を明らかにすることを目的に、以下の2つの研究を計画している。まず、Study 1で血中脂質に対する身体活動の保護効果を明らかにする（検証フェーズ）。この研究は、長野県佐久市が毎年行っている学校血液検査のデータを2次利用することで可能となる。一方、現在、学校血液検査を行っている自治体は少数であり、本課題の将来的な全国展開を見据えると、他地域における再現性の検討が重要となる。そこで、他地域でも利用可能であり、かつ血中脂質とも密接に関連しているアウトカム（体力）を使用することで、再現性を検証する（Study 2：展開フェーズ）。
