Outline of Research at the Start

申請者の研究グループでは，アレルギー疾患対策の中核的役割を担う学校の構築を検討する過程で，教員に対してアレルギー疾患に関する基礎的な知識を補うことによって，教員が抱くアレルギー疾患に対する対応や取り組みの不安感や困難感を改善し，教員一人ひとりの能動的かつ主体的な行動と理解の促進につながるのではないかという新たな視点を見出した。そこで，本研究では，アレルギー疾患への取り組みに対する学校の現状から認められる課題，特に，教員に必要なアレルギー疾患に関する基礎的な知識を補完することに焦点を当て，中核的役割を担う学校の教員の資質向上とアレルギー罹患児のQOL向上を目指すことを目的とする。
