Outline of Research at the Start

被災地における「孤独死」問題の実態解明はどこまで進んだのだろうか。この問題は解決に向かっていると言えるだろうか。残念ながらそう言い切れる材料は乏しい。むしろ，「孤独死」の発生メカニズムは未だ解明にはほど遠い状況にある。とりわけ「孤独死」の若年化の要因を特定する必要がある。鍵は原発被災地にある。なぜなら，非高齢層の「孤独死」の主要因である生業回復の困難さが深刻かつ鮮明に生じてきたのが原発被災地だからだ。福島第1原発事故による避難者の居住を支える仮設住宅・災害公営住宅において，「孤独死」はどのような背景のもとで生じてきたのか。本研究はこの問いに接近する。
