Outline of Research at the Start

マサチューセッツ州を中心とするニューイングランド地域において，①ローカルフードの展開を支える制度や組織の実施体制・事業内容の詳細を明らかにする．さらに②ローカルフードに取り組む農場の実態調査をおこない，取り組み経緯や販売方法，収益構造および社会正義（Social Justice）の取り組みを分析し、制度・支援組織による支援の効果を明らかにする．以上から持続可能なローカルフードシステムを構築するための諸条件および課題を明らかにする．
