Outline of Research at the Start	フラビウイルスが感染した細胞では、ウイルス粒子とウイルスタンパク質NS1が細胞外に放出され、病原性発現に関与する。フラビウイルス株間と各々の宿主細胞からの分泌量は、多様であることが報告されている。しかし、NS1タンパク質の分泌経路の詳細は明らかになっておらず、その相違についてウイルス感染環における意義は未だ不明である。そこで本研究では、NS1タンパク質のウイルス感染細胞での動態を詳細に解析し、分泌メカニズムと分泌量の意義を明らかにすることを目的とする。本研究の成果は、NS1タンパク質を指標としたバイオマーカー、特異的阻害薬の開発等の応用研究に役立つと考えられる。
