Outline of Research at the Start

冠動脈が狭窄していないにも関わらず心筋虚血症状を有するINOCAという新しい病態を明らかにすることは重要であり、アンモニアPET検査によるINOCA診断は期待が寄せられている。そこで本研究は、独自のPETによる心筋ストレイン解析技術を用いて、1度のPET検査で心筋血流予備能と心筋運動予備能を評価する技術を確立し、心筋予備能解析の確立とINOCAの病態解明への応用を目指す。
