Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、① 我々が開発した『心筋梗塞発症予測スコアリングモデル』を用いて、健診受診者の中から真に発症リスクの高い健常者のみを抽出する。② 高リスク健常者に対して集中的かつ積極的な一次予防策を展開する。さらに、③ 経済的・社会的・精神的環境に関する周辺因子の追加調査により、行動変容を妨げる因子を特定する。これらの研究成果を通じて、若年者の心筋梗塞発症リスクを低減する具体的なアプローチを提案し、有効かつ持続可能性の高い一次予防策の確立を目指す。
