Outline of Research at the Start	気管支喘息は治療薬の進歩により近年死亡率は低下してきたが、依然としてコントロール不良な難治性喘息病態が存在し、患者さんの社会的活動性やQOLの低下に繋がっている。今回の研究にはネクロトーシスという比較的新しい細胞死の概念に焦点を当て、気管支喘息病態においてネクロトーシスがどのように関わっているかを多施設で共同して研究し、さらにネクロトーシスを制御することによる気管支喘息における新規治療標的を探索することで気管支喘息の新規治療法の開発を目標とする。
