Outline of Research at the Start	アトピー性皮膚炎（AD）は、皮膚のバリア機能障害・炎症・かゆみが複雑に絡み合って病態が形成される。AD皮膚において、表皮細胞、免疫細胞、神経細胞、線維芽細胞などの各種細胞がどのように相互作用して病態を形成・維持しているかは不明な点も多い。そこで本研究では、ADのバリア機能障害・炎症・かゆみにおける各細胞間相互作用での細胞外ATPの役割を解析し、様々な臨床経過や病型ごとの細胞外ATPの役割や、細胞外ATPをターゲットにしたAD治療の可能性を明らかにすることで、全く新しいADの病態理解・治療アプローチを確立することを目的とする。
