Outline of Research at the Start

複合性局所疼痛症候群（CRPS）は組織損傷後の創傷治癒後に痛みが遷延し、神経障害性疼痛など多彩な症状を呈する症候群である。症状が激しく日常生活が著しく阻害されるため、病態解明や新規治療法の開発が望まれている。申請者はHCN4が脊髄後角II〜III層という触覚刺激の情報処理にかかわっている可能性が高いということを発見した。そこで本研究では、HCN4の情報ゲート機構の変化とCRPSの発症に着目し、病態の解明を目指す。
