Outline of Research at the Start	臨床現場では時間やスキルなどの問題から任意に薬物血中濃度を測定することはほとんど行われていない。本研究では、それらの問題解消に向けた概念実証として、中毒診療で頻用される尿中薬物スクリーニングキットに三環系化合物特異的な抗体が存在することを応用し、クロザピン（三環系化合物の一つ）をモデル薬物とした抗体による血中薬物（クロザピン）の選択的な分離と、ラマンスペクトルによる迅速な定性・定量が有用な組合せか否かを検証する。それらの有用性が示されれば、将来、臨床現場で最適な薬物治療を提供できる機会が増えると期待される。
