Outline of Research at the Start	CRPCモデルとPARP阻害薬とBATの組み合わせによる治療効果と作用機序を検証。HSPCモデルであるLNCaP細胞を用いたin vitro実験で高アンドロゲンによるDNA損傷を評価し、in vivoでの腫瘍体積変化を通じて効果を確認。オラパリブとBATの併用では、細胞増殖とDNA修復経路の変化を分析。さらに多種のCRPCモデルを用いたPDXにおける検証で、遺伝子やpathwayの影響を評価し、治療の有効性と機序を探求する。
