Outline of Research at the Start	頭頸部癌に対する機能・臓器温存目的の化学放射線療法（CRT）後の腫瘍の残存や局所再発のリスクを評価する新たなバイオマーカーを同定は臨床的価値が高い。血液中の腫瘍細胞由来の循環腫瘍DNA（ctDNA）は治療開始前の生検標本のDNAに比べて、腫瘍内に不均一に存在する変異を検出できる利点がある。①治療開始前のctDNAの変異のパターンを解析すること、②CRT中のctDNAの変動のパターンを解析することで、CRT後の局所再発のリスクを層別化することが可能になるかもしれない。本研究はCRT前、CRT中のctDNAを解析することでCRT耐性を予測する新たなバイオマーカーを探索する。
