非侵襲的かつ容易に採取できる唾液中エクソソームのmicroRNAの発現特性を健常者と金属アレルギー患者で比較検討し，金属アレルギーの病態メカニズムを解明する．さらに，歯科用金属アレルギー外来を担当している環境を活かし，パッチテスト実施前，実施時，金属除去治療後の一連のmicroRNAの発現特性を検討し，金属アレルギーの発症原因や金属除去治療の効果を診断できるバイオマーカーを確立することをめざす．
