Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、以下の3点について調査・分析を行う。１）高齢者施設における感染症の発生動向調査：本研究に同意いただいた高齢者施設で感染症サーベイランスを通年で行う。２）流行性感染症の集団感染のリスク因子に関する調査：京都市に届け出られた介護サービス中の流行性感染症の集団発生事例を分析することで、サーベイランスに参加していない施設での感染症の動向調査を行う。３）高齢者施設や行政担当者への還元：１）ならびに２）で得られた情報を集約して高齢者施設に還元することで、施設BCPや職員教育に活用する。
