Outline of Research at the Start

看護職者の離職率は依然として高い割合で推移しており、2021年の新卒者の離職率は10％に上った。入職後の早期離職の要因の1つとして、看護学生における学修状況が影響することが国外の研究において明らかにされており、また、看護師におけるバーンアウトは、シビリティの向上によって軽減することが報告されている。そこで本研究は、看護学生と看護師のシビリティの認識とインシビリティの実態を捉え、看護教員と看護管理者が求めるシビリティを把握すること、その結果を踏まえて看護学生の学修意欲と専門職意識を培うシビリティを育成するプログラムを開発することが目的である。
