Outline of Research at the Start	患者の基本的な権利の制限が認められている精神科では、インテグリティを保つことができず道徳的に傷つき、離職に至る看護師は少なくないと推測される。そこで本研究では、 1）倫理的な問題に悩んで精神科病棟から離職した看護者の体験をインタビューにより明らかにし、離職に及ぼすインテグリティと道徳的傷つき（moral injury）の関連を検討する。 2）精神科病棟における倫理的な問題に悩む看護者への相談窓口を開設し、対面もしくはオンラインで相談に応じ、傷つきからの回復とともに離職防止や復職への支援を行う。 3）道徳的傷つきを予防する方策及び離職希望者に対して看護管理者がとるべき対応について提言を行う。
