Outline of Research at the Start

がん就労者の3人に1人が離職しており、その要因の一つに、がん就労関連のスティグマが関与している。このスティグマ低減に向けた支援が行われているが介入の難しさ、その取り組み対する評価ができていない課題がある。そこで本研究は、がん就労者および協働者のそれぞれに対応したがん就労関連スティグマの評価ツールを開発することを目的とし、就労関連スティグマ評価ツールを作成し、表面的および構成概念妥当性の検証を行う。また、このツールは評価ツールとしてだけでなく、スクリーニングツールとして活用することで、支援を必要とする人を早期に把握し、医療従事者による支援介入や就労支援体制への教育的介入の促進を目指す。
