Outline of Research at the Start

クローン病は生涯にわたり療養が必要であり、診断後間もない成人期患者は病気と生活の折り合いをつけながらセルフケアを構築していくことが重要となる。看護師は患者のセルフケアを的確にアセスメントし、患者が主体的にセルフケアを構築できるように支援することが必要である。そこで、すでに開発ずみの診断後間もない成人期クローン病患者のセルフケア状況を看護師が捉えるための看護アセスメントツールををもとにセルフケア支援で活用できるアプリを開発し、その効果を検証する。本研究で開発するセルフケア支援アプリにより、看護師は簡便かつ迅速にアセスメントから支援に繋ぐことができ、患者のセルフケア構築が進むことが期待される。
