Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，コミュニティに関する専門職である保健師らのコミュニティケアリング力を高める教育教材と教育プログラムの開発と検証を行うものである。
初年度は既存文献・質問紙調査からコミュニティケアリングに影響する要素を明確化し、2年目は、コミュニティケアリング力を高める教育プログラム（視覚的教材、ナラティブ教材含む）の作成を行い、3年目にコミュニティケアリング力を高める教育プログラムの実施と評価を行う。
