Outline of Research at the Start	「多元的公共圏」創出の機会を行政と民間の接点、すなわち両者の協力関係から課題解決と価値創造を見出す政策デザインや民間行政等の現場をケーススタディの枠組みとして設定し、そこで共創に重きを置いた「プロセス志向」とメッセージ伝達に重きを置いた「コンテンツ志向」の相互作用がもたらす映像デザインを考察し、短期的には新しいサービスの創出を、また中期的には行政による政策立案等に寄与する映像の役割を考察対象に据える。
