Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、労働市場統合と動学的な所得税競争の関係を明らかにし、望ましい所得税制度の設計をするために必要な知見を得ることである。先行研究（実証）では、高い能力を持つ労働者だけでなく中程度や低い能力の労働者も移住の機会を得ており、長期的に所得税競争が起きていることが示された。しかしながら、先行研究（理論）では静学的な政策ルールに焦点を当てており、動学的な枠組みを考慮していなかった。このため、現実の経済状況を分析するためのフレームワークがほとんど整備されてこなかった。本研究では地域間移動可能な労働者を考慮し、スタンダードに利用される動学的な所得税競争分析のフレームワークを構築する。
