既存の研究の流れから離れて新たな流れを作り出すことを試みる逸脱的な知識が生み出されにくくなっていることが指摘されている．既存の研究ではその原因として研究者・発明者が生み出す知識事態に原因があると想定して議論が積み重ねられてきた．これに対して本研究では知識を受容する側にも原因があるのではないかと想定し，その知識に対する評価の変化をビブリオメトリクスの手法を利用して探索するものである．
