Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では群作用と固有性にかかわる幾何学を探究する。具体的には以下の問題に取り組む予定である。
等質空間 G/H に G の離散部分群が固有かつ自由に作用するとき、商多様体を Clifford-Klein 形という。Clifford-Klein 形の大域幾何学は近年「Clifford-Klein 形をあるファイブレーションの全空間として表示することが重要である」という新しいパラダイムのもと急速に進展している。本研究ではこの考え方をふまえて、コンパクト商の存在問題、固有作用と相性のよい等質空間のコンパクト化の構成、他分野との関係の探求、non-standard な固有作用の構成などに取り組みたい。
