Outline of Research at the Start	RAにおける滑膜の局所環境においては炎症性サイトカインのみならず、線維芽細胞サブセットや血管内皮細胞・マクロファージなどの他種の細胞との相互作用が線維芽細胞の病的機能に重要であり、その両者を再現しうる線維芽細胞・血管内皮細胞を混合したオルガノイドを用いた治療標的分子・化合物のスクリーニングの系を樹立することを主目的とする。
