Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、正常眼及び特定条件下の眼における錐体細胞数密度と色識別機能の相関を解析する。正常眼での基礎データ収集、黄斑部網膜剥離後の眼の機能回復過程、およびヒドロキシクロロキン内服による黄斑障害の早期発見の可能性を探る。錐体細胞数密度は補償光学眼底カメラを用い、色識別機能はColorDx CCT-HD20/22で測定する。これらのデータを基に、視機能の詳細な解析と黄斑疾患の早期検出を目指す。
