Outline of Research at the Start

インターベンショナルラジオロジー（IVR、画像下治療）は、CT、血管撮影装置などの画像診断装置とカテーテル、コイルなどの精密医療機器を駆使した低侵襲医療である。IVRでは高額医療材料を使用することがしばしばあるが、日本では費用対効果について十分な検証がなされていない。本研究では、IVRの費用対効果を他の治療法と比較検証する枠組みを構築し、公的医療制度の持続可能性に寄与することを目指す。
