Outline of Research at the Start

難民は避難先の第三国に定住時多くの健康課題を抱える。その一因として文化的要因が医療アクセスの障壁や精神的問題の悪化リスクとなっている。また看護職者は難民へのケアにおいて、文化や病に対する考え方の違いから不安を抱えている。本研究は、在日難民を対象とした文化的に安全な看護ケアモデルの構築を目的とする。在日難民の主観的経験から病やケアの文化固有の意味付けを明らかにし、在日難民特有の看護ケアニーズを解明する。
