Outline of Research at the Start	現在、緩和ケアの対象は非がん疾患患者へ拡大している。脳卒中患者に対しての緩和ケアの重要性が指摘されている中、脳卒中患者・家族に対する緩和ケア体制は未確立である。そして、脳卒中患者・家族は全人的苦痛を軽減するための緩和ケアを受ける機会を逃していることが課題である。脳卒中看護に携わる看護師は、脳卒中患者の抱える苦痛を全人的苦痛としてとらえていくことが求められている。本研究は、脳卒中患者への全人的苦痛の予防・緩和に対する看護支援を明らかにするため、脳卒中患者が抱く全人的苦痛の概念分析をし、アンケート調査によって脳卒中患者の全人的苦痛を緩和しQOL向上につながる看護支援の構造を明らかにする。
