Outline of Research at the Start	COVID-19をはじめ新たな感染症の出現により、災害弱者である乳幼児の安全・安心と健康を守るため、複合災害を想定した備えの強化は喫緊の課題となっている。申請者は先行研究で、子どもの健やかな成長発達と母親との愛着形成促進のために、育児情報を入手、理解、評価、活用する力である育児リテラシーに着目して「乳幼児をもつ母親の育児リテラシー測定尺度(CLMIC)」を開発し、その信頼性・妥当性を検証し、乳幼児の安全・安心と健康を守るためには、育児リテラシー向上の必要性が示された。以上のことより、本研究では、乳幼児をもつ母親の育児リテラシーに焦点を当てた複合災害想定型防災教育プログラムを開発する。
