Outline of Research at the Start

頭蓋咽頭腫や胚細胞腫瘍などの間脳腫瘍患者では、視床やその周囲の白質構造に障害をきたしやすく、アパシーを含む神経心理学的合併症や社会機能低下が生じうる。一方で、アパシーの発現機序や社会機能低下の要因は解明されておらず、支援方法も確立していない。
そこで本研究では、①視床下部機能とアパシー発現の関連性に関する探索的調査、②間脳腫瘍患者のアパシー発現に関連する脳領域の同定、③アパシー発現に影響する腫瘍・治療関連要因の解明、④間脳腫瘍患者の障害特性の解明、⑤間脳腫瘍患者の社会機能に影響する要因の解明を行い、間脳腫瘍患者のアパシー発現に関与する要因の解明と、社会機能に影響する要因の同定に寄与する。
