Outline of Research at the Start	Disputes arising from trade secrets are increasingly resolved through arbitration. However, the pool of academic literature on ‘trade secret arbitration’ is almost entirely vacant. This research will employ empirical methods with an aim to find ‘observable trends’ in trade secret arbitrations.
