| Outline of Research at the Start |
場の量子論は素粒子論を始めとする物理学において非常に重要な理論であるが、非摂動論的な場合など、解析が困難な場合がある。そのような場合は数値計算による方法が有効であるが、現在確立されている方法では有限温度や実時間発展を扱うことができない。そこで、本研究では次世代の計算手法である量子計算と場の量子論を融合し、場の量子論の新たな知見を得ることを目的とする。エンタングルメントエントロピーを始めとする重要な物理量に対して量子アルゴリズムを開発し、量子コンピュータの発展に沿って場の量子論および量子多体系のダイナミクスの解明に貢献することを目指す。
