Outline of Research at the Start

孤独・孤立問題への対策として、地域の高齢者が自立的に組織運営を行う新たな居場所「コミュニティー・シェッド」が世界的に注目されている。英国や豪国では政府が財政支援を行うなど、その効果が広く認知されている一方で、そのメカニズムについては十分に明らかにされていない。本研究では、様々な分野の研究者が参加する国際的なチームで共同研究を展開することで、１）多角的なエビデンスに基づく孤独・孤立のメカニズム理解、２）「コミュニティー・シェッド」が効果をもたらす背景に存在するメカニズムの解明、３）社会的つながりに着目した孤独・孤立予防の推進に貢献する。
