| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aimed to clarify the current state of utilization of social workers in universities (campus social workers ; CSW), involving CSW who support for students with academic difficulties, and to evaluate their practice ,using not only their own assessment but also their directors rating. The number of universities with CSW almost doubled compared to three years ago, but few CSW worked as supporter for students with academic difficulties. CSW who take the time for planning, monitoring and individually case work had received high rating by their directors. In addition, CSW who proactively collaborate with institutions out of the universities had received many aspect of acclaim by the directors.
