Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In Japan, many projects for improvement / solution originated with institutional research are running to succeed by university administrative staff. In this research project, style of management of these projects are surveyed to be found that it is contrastive to that of PMBOK. Their style has characteristics to be 1.free from strictiy established resource construction, 2.loosely managed time schedule, 3.emergent and adaptive project scope, and 4.fusion with daily routine work. Further, job characteristics and nurturing environment of university administrative staff are clarified from the comparative survey with white-color generalists in Japan.
