Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed efficient method to convert molecular structure utilizing new Mitsunobu reaction and kinetic molecular recognition. For example, the use of host molecule with alkaline converted racemic 3-benzy-2-hexanone and to the S-isomer of 99% ee in 93% yield. Furthermore, new Mitsunobu reagents such as CMBP and CMMP prepared were mediated C-C and C-N forming reaction in excellent yield. Utilizing these new reaction, we synthesized polyketide pigments of aphid.
