Young public health nurses have been concerned with reflection, learning and support as a factor related to improving the team care capacity for supporting child abuse high risk families. Senior health nurse's task was to show and convey to young public health nurse, senior skill up.
In order to improve the team care capacity of young health nurses, it is to experience individual case support, not to bother difficulties. I gained suggestion of educational contents to make "high skill required, high challenge".
