Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The goal of this study was to explore the types of ‘privatization’ in Japan. As result of the questionnaire survey on privatization, much of people perceive that ‘privatization’ of public corporations in Japan mean changing those corporations to ‘normal’ incorporated companies. However, ‘privatized’ companies are established by the special lows and under the supervision of the competent authorities. The privatization in Japan can be classified into four main types by those related articles and financial status of 'privatized' companies.
