Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The URA organization in Japan is from the dawn to the colonization. Management for the URA organization is very important. This research purpose is establishing to the model for management for the URA organization. We analyzed the current management and operation. From the viewpoint of organizational behavior, we analyzed individual motivation and work and value offering in the organization. Approximately half of the results were feeling motivation, work and organization gap, and satisfaction with work was low. Next I analyzed management for URA organization, I find that the system for control of task management is established, but it is difficult for evaluating for individual performance and resource allocation. In the analysis of mature URA organizations in the United States, it became clear that URA organizations in Japan will have continuous organization learning as the next task.
