Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study identified the genes directly regulated by Nodal signaling in the mouse epiblast, particularly involved in the pluripotency, differentiation into the neural epithelium, and primitive streak formation. This study also developed a software and database that are useful to exploit published ChIP-seq data.
