Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In Research Project 1, 2,000 persons including 500 nurses were surveyed online on 43 topics related to nursing profession team leadership that were prepared by exploring the related literature in order to select questions for the next phase. In Research Project 2, 982 nurses at a university hospital were surveyed with the questions (response rate: 53.7%). The 24 items selected in Research Project 1 were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (major factor method with varimax rotation) to extrapolate 5 factors. (Factor 1: Maintaining relationships (α=.89) Factor 2: Achievement (α=.90), Factor 3: Intergroup coordination (α=.93), Factor 4: Support for extra-organizational activities (α=.79), Factor 5: Ethical actions (α=.81))
